Family Field Day
We regretfully had to cancel the 2023 Family Field Day due to inclement weather. We will keep you updated for our 2024 Family Field Day!
Join us on August 26th, 2023 for the second annual Exploring Nature Family Field Day! Hosted by Land Learning Foundation and Heartland Seed.
Family Field Day is a free event for all ages! There are activities to keep your kids entertained and educational events for adults. There will be a free hotdog/hamburger lunch provided at noon.
There will be plenty of activities such as archery, shooting sports, a soil health talk, prescribed burning, talk, plant ID, bees and butterflies, and the critter corner!
Several booths will be present from Missouri-based organizations such as Missouri Department of Conservation, Quail Forever, Conservation Federation of Missouri, MO Prairie Foundation, Bee Keepers, USDA and NRCS, World Bird Sanctuary, Missourians for Monarchs, Trappers, and Master Naturalists and Gardeners.
An agenda for the event will be finalized on August 15th.
The event will take place at Carnegie Ranch again, 500 Leo Hardy Road, Eolia, MO 63344 from 9am to 3 pm.
